Been a year, or so, since I had the standard annual maintenance on my central A/C unit. I’m anticipating a hot summer and don’t want to be sweating my junk off. Called Stewart, because they did such a great job a while back (~1-2yrs ago) for me. Coincidence, I got the same guy as before, “Jamie,” what a Pro he is. I had been using their main competitor for several years, and I can tell you horror stories about those other guys. Very serious electrical issues that at one time actually led to a fire in my basement and could have burned my house down. Very, very serious. In any case, I now watch all these guys closely. Jamie, with Stewart, was expedient, thorough, & professional. Most importantly, I feel safe & confident in his work. “Stewart” has earned my trust.
Great company. I have their maintenance service twice a year. They check my HVAC system, change the filter and check on any problems. They also spotted some problems with my water heater & recommended repairs. They always do a great job! Carlos is a great technician & Walter, Plummer, fixed my water heater. Always reliable.
We highly recommend Stewart Heating! Why? The excellent service from technicians like Jamie who go above and beyond! Let’s just say he was sent away by my aging parent who got mixed up about what he needed serviced on his heater. Jamie respectfully left after making an assessment. I called Jamie back to clear things up and explain what we needed and he was able to come back the same day and have that heater repaired. In addition, he completed some standard maintenance while he was there. In a world where caregiving from a distance makes getting belp tricky, this was a moment that mattered for our family. Trust and excellence across the board! We would absolutely work Stewart Heating again! Even Victor who helped me set up the appointment was timely and supportive. We will be back!
Jamie came to our house on-time, he was super professional and very competent. He had the issue diagnosed quickly, let us know the cost before doing the repair, and had it up and running quickly. I will absolutely request him the next time we need service or a repair, A+ work! :)
Carlos is a person with integrity, highly skilled, and very professional. He completed an initial inspection, and replaced my AC outdoor capacitor. I was able to save $2K based upon another HVAC Contractor's inspection, and estimate provided. Carlos is a great asset for your company.
