Techpro is great! They were recommended through my general contractor, who also trusts them thoroughly, when I needed to replace my furnace/AC last year. Armen explained everything thoroughly and gave me honest input. The cost was reasonable, and the installation team was fast and polite. Danielle was great in communicating during the installation process and the loan/rebate processing afterwards. Recently, Park came out to do the annual maintenance check. He was excellent!! Polite, knows his stuff really well, answered all my questions honestly, did a thorough check up, and left everything clean and neat. With Park's inspection and service of the equipment, I feel very confident that the heat pump will last a long time and work perfectly.
I cannot recommend TechPro Builders highly enough! I first worked with them about 16 years ago, shortly after purchasing my home. They installed the complete heating and air conditioning system, and I am happy to say that it has been working flawlessly ever since. Now, many years later, while building my ADU, I chose TechPro Builders again to install the heating and air conditioning system. Once again, they provided excellent service — they were professional, reliable, efficient, and very clean. Their work was completed quickly, the price was fair, and they are truly honest and trustworthy people. It is rare to find a company that continues to provide such great quality and service over so many years. I am very grateful to TechPro Builders and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for HVAC installation or service. They are simply the best!
We had an excellent experience with the heating and AC system upgrade in our home. From start to finish, the company demonstrated professionalism, expertise, and exceptional customer service. The team was punctual, courteous, knowledgeable, and took great care to complete the installation efficiently while keeping our home clean and organized. The new system is working beautifully and efficiently, and we immediately noticed an improvement in the comfort and temperature throughout the house. We truly appreciate the quality of the work, attention to detail, and the team's commitment to making sure everything was installed and functioning properly. We are very happy with the results and would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for reliable, professional, and high-quality heating and AC services. Excellent work and outstanding service from beginning to end!
We had a great experience working with Armen and the entire team on our heat pump and condenser installation project. Armen was extremely detailed, knowledgeable, and easy to work with throughout the process. Since this was part of a larger home remodel involving other teams and moving pieces, we especially appreciated how collaborative and communicative they were every step of the way. They coordinated well with the broader project team and helped make the process feel much smoother. The office staff was also excellent, responsive, organized, and proactive with communication, scheduling, and follow-up. It really made a difference. The installation turned out great, and overall we felt the team genuinely cared about doing quality work and making sure everything was handled properly. We would absolutely recommend TechPro Heating & Cooling to anyone looking for a professional and reliable HVAC company.
TechPro Builders was professional, reliable, and easy to work with. The quality of the work was excellent, and the team kept us informed throughout the project. Everything was completed on time, and we were very happy with the results. I highly recommend them!
