I had an excellent experience with David and his assistant installing my home water heater. I called him at 2:00 PM, and within an hour he had already arrived. He even helped purchase and bring a brand-new unit with him, which saved me a lot of time and stress. They were extremely professional, friendly, and very thorough. They carefully checked everything to make sure all parts were installed correctly and that the system was working perfectly before leaving. By 4:30 PM, the new water heater had been delivered, fully installed, and everything was complete. He installed my water heater back in 2023. He was quick and friendly. Recently the controller failed (2026) and the pilot light would not remain lit. Remembering the great experience, I contacted him instead of trying someone else.
