The RH team was very responsive when I initially reached out, with the owner quickly replying to texts and getting a team out to my home in just a couple of days to work on my leaking radiant heat. They completed the project for ~$3K, which was ~50% higher than proposed price, but the project was more difficult than was evident in their initial inspection. However, the day after RH completed the work, my boiler stopped working. I texted and they quickly called back and told me to push the reset button on the boiler. Before this reset, there had never been a single problem with the boiler and there was no problem with the boiler when they were called. The boiler failure problem has recurred frequently since they completed their work, resulting in periods with no heat or hot water in the house. I called and texted many times over several weeks, asking them to come and fix the boiler reset problem. None of my calls or texts were returned. I was worried that they had gone out of business. They have a “contact us” link on their website, which I tried after no return calls or texts. Finally, the owner replied with a very terse note with these exact words: "We did not cause any problems with your boiler your boiler is old and the do brake" Anyone honest and reputable who is paid $3000 for a project should return customer calls/texts and, at a minimum, take a look at the problem.

RH Hydronics are the true experts when it comes to radiant heating. Incredible build quality, when I’d inspect the work and look at the resulting infrastructure with manifolds, pumps, connections… everything is neat and considered. Robert the owner is hands down one of the most impressive contractors I’ve been able to hire for my small and large projects.
