Had an amazing experience with Nevo and the team! He was incredibly thorough during the inspection and explained everything clearly. The attic insulation and rodent proofing work was completed efficiently and professionally. Nevo's expertise really showed - he found entry points I never would have noticed. The Atticare team did an outstanding job with our rodent-infested attic. Sean's crew thoroughly removed all droppings, contaminated insulation, and sealed every potential entry point. They decontaminated the entire space and installed new insulation. The attention to sanitization and prevention was impressive. With their pest-proofing measures, we haven't heard a single rodent since. Sean kept us updated throughout the process and clearly documented all the work. Best investment we've made in home maintenance.
Francisco and his team are FANTASTIC!! I called Atticare to get a quote for installing vapor barrier in our crawl space, removal of old attic insulation + install new insulation, as well as identify and seal any openings where critters could get it. Francisco completed a thorough inspection including photos and clearly communicated the scope of work and what his team was capable of doing. He provided multiple insulation options (other companies only offered blown insulation) and was able to answer any all of my questions. He is extremely knowledgeable and honest! The crew that completed the work were just as wonderful! They are so kind! arrived on time and ready to get to work. They prepped the house/floors to protect from any dirt/dust/etc, were extremely efficient, and didn’t leave a spec of dust after the job was complete. They explained to me that I would be receiving a report with all the before and after photos etc and when I could expect to receive it. Overall my experience from start to finish was awesome. I highly recommend these guys!!
