Mike was absolutely fantastic! First, his personality is great. He's friendly, outgoing, easy to talk to, and you can tell he genuinely wants to fix the problem instead of just rushing through the job. It's refreshing to work with someone who clearly cares about his customers and takes pride in what he does. His work partner, Emberto, was awesome as well. He worked VERY quick but was efficient, ensuring he did the job well. I also want to give a shout-out to Mike's wife, Marie. She was incredibly responsive to text messages, asked for photos of the issue so she could relay the information to Mike, and was wonderful to speak with on the phone. Communication was excellent from start to finish, which made the entire process so much easier. The biggest surprise was the price. Mike's estimate was about half of what another company quoted me, which honestly made me a little skeptical at first. But the quality of the work, professionalism, and overall experience exceeded my expectations. Finding a contractor you trust can be tough, but Mike and his team earned my trust right away. Great work, great communication, fair pricing, and genuinely wonderful people to work with. I would absolutely hire them again and won't hesitate to recommend them to anyone who needs a plumber.

We called Rosenberg Plumbing due to some sewer backup that popped up in our bathroom. Turns out, we needed a mainline clean out. They not only made it out the same day, but prioritized our situation/needs and came out the next morning the earliest they could to clean out the line. They are genuine, honest workers and super transparent about price. Would definitely recommend!

I give the highest compliments to both Mike of Rosenberg Plumbing and his office assistant for rapidly coming to my aid in what I considered a dire circumstance…It was very late in the afternoon and I had just been informed by my tenant that the hot water heater was leaking and had actually failed completely, which meant time, for repair or replacement, was of the essence…Being told that the plumber that I had previously used in the past was no longer around, I had to find a plumber who would repair or replace the water heater as quickly as possible…The first plumber that came out gave me a quote of half way between 4 and 5 thousand dollars to start and that it could most likely go up from there..depending upon other work that might need to be done…but, also, he would not be able to attempt to fix it for at least 3 days!?! At that point I knew that I had to see if I could find someone else and hopefully for less money 💰,if possible…I found that hero when I called Rosenberg Plumbing at closing time…Mike immediately got on the phone and said that he would immediately check out the situation and get back to me that day. He did and gave me a quote for replacing the water heater and doing some extra work with the pipes that was almost $1,500 - $2,000 less than I had been quoted by the first plumbing company, who actually advertises about its “discounted prices,”…. He also took over handling the logistics of getting the work done with my tenant asap and completed the work the next day…I can’t say what a hero Mike of Rosenberg Plumbing is.. and he deserves the highest marks for a job well done! We were very satisfied with the repair of our shower. It was done neatly and in a timely manner. Plumbing Co ordered the shower and all the parts needed for us, so we didn't have to figure that out.
