Alex responded quickly to my request to look at furnace that was intermittently working. It was an old furnace that I tried to repair several times unsuccessfully, and he recommended replacing it. Installed new heater. A year later installed an AC unit. Later upgraded to double wall furnace exhaust stack, due to condensation. Work performed as quoted in a timely manner. Great attention to detail and finish. Used subs when needed for new electrical. Also had ductwork installers. Installed quality equipment as requested. Easy to contact, offers suggestions to take care of issues that arise.

When we tried to turn the heater on a few days ago, we could hear it trying to come on. It would start up like it was working, but then after a few seconds it would just shut down. After checking yelp reviews, I saw that Rush Air Mechanical had all 5 star reviews (not even a 4 star review!). So hoping that we would get a response in the next 24 hours I called the number. And thankfully, we received a text back from Alex with an hour. He asked for a photo of the unit, and then asked me to run a few tests. After those tests all failed, he let me k ow that he had availability the next day, but would also let me know if he would have time later that day. Well he must have finished his PM appointment early because he texted me a few hours later saying he could be at our house in a few hours if we were available. After Alex arrived, he spent some time looking at the unit, and was able to diagnose the problem quickly. It turned out that we had some spider webs inside one of the tubes that was preventing the unit from igniting. Anyway, Alex fixed the problem and was on his way all in less than an hour. I’d highly recommend Alex and Rush Air Mechanical to everyone!
