Surprisingly disappointed! Reached to schedule an appointment for 4-5 days later. I was told it would be in the 9-12 pm range. Stayed home all morning and noone called nor showed up. I called the company 3 times and they were unable to give me any answer. In the end they told me "we are very busy, better to find another company". Highly unprofessional.
The vents were only pushing warm air even when set to cool. They fixed the AC not blowing cold air issue by replacing a low refrigerant line and cleaning the condenser coils. We noticed an immediate improvement in cooling. The team worked efficiently and explained everything clearly.
