Seaside Air. Excellent customer service. Mike and his crew are amazing. They are fairly priced for the work they do. Mike installed a newHVAC system in my home with efficiency and just recently He installed a google nest thermostat unit. He willing to work with me and my work schedule. Dependable, exemplary customer service and skilled in his craft. Thank you Mike and Seaside Air. I appreciate all of your hard work and help.
I had a very disappointing experience with Seaside Refrigeration. As a small business owner, I felt they took advantage of my situation, especially as a female owner. They overcharged for services and added unnecessary costs to the bill. It's clear they were exploiting the situation rather than providing honest and fair service. To make matters worse, they changed our freezer door, and the following week, the handle was broken. It took them over three months to come and fix it. Additionally, they overcharged for an AC repair, and when the AC broke again, they did not come to fix it. To top it all off, they do not provide any warranty for their work. I strongly advise other small businesses and female entrepreneurs to be cautious when dealing with Seaside Refrigeration. Their lack of reliability and integrity is alarming.
Douglas and his crew at Seaside are lifesavers. They helped me out several times when we my commercial fridge and freezers needed work. I highly recommend them, very professional, considerate, and knowledgeable.
