Jason. Great guy came in explained what he was gonna do. Took about 30 minutes. Explain the condition of the vents and everything was done and very happy.
Talked to Jason on the phone inquiring about dryer vent cleaning. He was very polite and was clear on how much was it and the process of how is it going to do it. After calling a few more companies, I have decided this company was the most reasonably priced for the job. Called Jason again and said he will come at a particular time the same day I called him. He was very punctual. Came the time he indicated. He inspected the area and asked for electrical plugs so he can plug his 2 machines to clean. While cleaning the vent he is explaining and describing what he is doing. He also went outside the house and cleaned the lints pushed out from the vent from his cleaning. I was very satisfied of his service. I will definitely hire him again in future cleaning services.
My dryer vent hadn't been done in a few years. I called (late yesterday) and Jason responded immediately. Quoted price. Came this morning, on time! Did a great job and cleaned up everything. Explained and showed me what he was doing. I really liked Jason's professional, but warm attitude. I will call him again. Highly recommend this young man!!!!
