I had these guys out of Danville come out via a warranty to address an AC that had been leaking Refrigerant for a couple years, they were instructed to find the leak and fix it. They showed up on site completely oblivious to this fact and said they'd need to return the next day with the tools to trace a leak. They left and I didn't hear from them for 5 days, I had to call back asking what was happening and they thought it was complete. They then came out a couple days later to trace and after a little time they said they had performed the trace and I should be good and they recharged the refrigerant. 4 months later the same AC is out of refrigerant, I reached out to them to see if they could address this and they told me no. Very condescending, no understanding and trying to find their credentials online is a nightmare. Their website has had an expired certificate for almost a decade. Can not recommend these guys at any level.
