Our dryer suddenly stopped working, and after a service visit we found out the dryer vent exhaust was badly clogged. Based on recommendations from neighbors, we called Smart Los Altos Air Duct Care. They arrived on time, explained the whole dryer vent cleaning process clearly, and kept communication easy from start to finish. In our upstairs condo, the dryer exhaust duct runs up through the roof, and it looked like it had not been cleaned in a very long time. Douglas did an excellent job removing the buildup, improving the airflow, and making the system feel much safer and more efficient. Now the dryer is venting properly, clothes are dry in one cycle instead of taking multiple runs, and the whole system is working much better. If your dryer is not drying well, I strongly recommend having the dryer vent and exhaust duct inspected and cleaned. The before and after photos really show the difference.
