i can’t recommend Smart Los Altos Air Duct Care enough for air duct cleaning and vent cleaning. douglas was professional, honest, and fairly priced, and the whole service felt thorough from the inspection to the final cleanup. I’m amazed at how clean the ducts, vents, and airflow paths are now. We had mold showing up around a few vents, along with dusty air and reduced airflow, and now there is zero trace left. The system feels much fresher, cleaner, and more efficient. We were so pleased with the results that he will also be replacing the old ductwork at our rental house.
If you’re looking for an honest company that explains exactly what your air duct system needs and doesn’t try to upsell extra services, Smart Los Altos Air Duct Care is the one. They were very reliable, prompt, and straightforward throughout the whole duct cleaning process. The team checked the vents, airflow, and buildup in the system, and made everything easy to understand. i will be using them again in the future for duct cleaning and mold remediation. highly recommend them to anyone in Los Altos who needs clean air ducts, vent service, or better indoor air quality.
Douglas did an excellent job cleaning our dryer vent and checking the connected ductwork. He was very thorough, explained the airflow issues clearly, and made sure everything was cleared out and working safely. Our dryer now runs like a new machine and dries much better with improved vent performance. We are very thankful for the great service from Smart Los Altos Air Duct Care and would gladly recommend this service to friends, family, and neighbors. The reviews are true, and you will be very happy with the results.
Really impressed with Douglas. They cleaned our dryer vent and checked the airflow issue we were having, then explained everything in a simple way. Douglas was very knowledgeable, did excellent work, and was very friendly throughout the service. The vent cleaning was thorough, improved ventilation, and gave us peace of mind. We will not use anyone else and highly recommend this air duct and dryer vent cleaning service.
They did an excellent job cleaning our air ducts and dryer vent. Douglas was very professional, polite, and easy to work with. He explained the duct cleaning process clearly, gave us updates during the service, and showed before and after photos so we could see the difference. He also shared helpful recommendations for future dryer vent maintenance and improving airflow in our home. Everything was cleaned up when the work was finished, and the price was very fair.
