He said what was the problem with my dishwasher, took the prepayment for ordering parts. Two days later he came back and made the repair. And my dishwasher works perfectly now. Iurii called me a few days prior to my appointment to get details of the problem I was having with my AC system. On the day of my service appointment, he texted me to let me know he was about 20 to 30 minutes away. Upon arrival, Iurii was very professional. He put on booties to protect my floor and was wearing a mask which I appreciated. He explained to me what he was doing to repair my AC step-by-step. After the repair he asked if I had any further questions. It is not often that a repair man is so knowledgeable and helpful. Iurii did a great job. I highly recommend Smart appliance repair.
