Brooke was punctual, knowledgeable, and professional. He did an excellent job servicing our HVAC system and clearly explaining our options, including the costs and benefits of each, without any pressure or upselling. He also took the time to provide practical guidance on simple maintenance and self-care steps we can take to keep the system running well. We appreciated his transparency and expertise. Highly recommend!
Spot Free air is amazing! They completed extensive HVAC reconfiguration in a very timely manner to accommodate my move in schedule. The system is wonderful and works like charm. I highly recommend them!
We met with about five different contractors, all local. Ultimately, we chose Spot Free HVAC Air for a few key reasons. The crew who provided the estimate was the exact same crew that worked on our project. This meant there was no miscommunication or unexpected surprises, which we really appreciated. The owner even reached out to us directly during the quoting process and continued to check in throughout the project to ensure everything was going smoothly. We found their entire process to be transparent and easy to work with, and the project was completed right on time. It's been a year now, and we truly couldn't be happier with the outcome. We opted for a hybrid heat pump system, keeping our gas furnace for heating while using the heat pump for A/C. We also had them replace and add a few vents, improving our return airflow. We would absolutely, 100% recommend Spot Free HVAC Air. They're a family-owned business, which is great for supporting local small businesses. A big thank you to Anson and his team for their excellent work!
Spot Free was recommended to us by a neighbor. Very impressed with the team's timeliness, fairness, and attention to detail. Additionally, they actually fixed our AC unit. We've worked with many HVAC companies in the past and intend on only working with Spot Free going forward.
Brook and Ansen from Spot Free have been helping us for years, from the initial installation of our HVAC system (Carrier Infinity greenspeed, heat pump, love it) 8+ years ago to the regular maintenance, we have been incredibly happy with the professionalism of the team, the high quality and timeliness of services, and generally friendly and informative nature of their visits. We have been really happy with the system and with the services, Spot free is our go to HVAC vendor.
