My daughter was ran into by one of their employees in a company truck, employee took full responsibility as he stated to my daughter he didn’t typically drive the company pickup and was sorry for running into her. My daughter did a great job of getting all the information from driver, insurance, and pictures. She called me immediately after they had finished to let me know she was okay but this young man had ran into her at her rear door to the rear bumper. I called Stevenson once we got off the phone, I told the receptionist who’s the owner’s daughter what had happened she immediately denied any wrong doing. Once insurance company got involved Stevenson would not allow the driver to make a statement to our insurance company. Because no witnesses it’s a he said she said, Stevenson 3/4 ton pickup had no damage and my daughters car suffered $5500 in damage. I pay the deductible and the higher premiums for the next 3 years. I would be weary of having this company do any work at your home or business, if they can’t even take responsibility for an accident I would hate to hear the excuse when they have an issue on an actual job.
I upgraded to a larger washer in my upstairs laundry room and so the washer drain pan was no longer in the right position for the drain. I brought the pan into Stevenson mechanical to weld shut the hole in the washer drain pan and make a new hole that better accommodated the new washer. The charge was $75 cash or check, they do put a 3% surcharge on credit cards. Buying a new washer pan would have been about $150 so I still feel I got a deal. This is a specialized trade and they were very good communicators with a quick turnaround time the next day. Would recommend.
