Frank was very quick to respond to my call and came out immediately to give an estimate for a large Navien tankless water heater. He installed the new unit and the price was fair. We did have a problem initially, but he was very responsive and came back promptly and fixed it.

I was very happy with the experience I had with Tankless Pro installing my new Navien tankless water heater.
Frank had better prices than the competition and he showed up and got the job done.
Frank knows what he is doing, he was very knowledgeable of water heaters and was honest about what the job needed and he was fair on price. Frank won't rip you off like many of these big plumbing companies in the Bay Area do. I would use this company again.

Our old water heater was leaking and we needed to replace it urgently. We called multiple folks and Frank gave us the best quote. He came next day early morning and replaced our water heater with the new tankless one and got it up and running within a few hours. He was very thorough with his job. We would highly recommend him for your water heater needs.
