This company installed a heat exchange unit in 2024 that works fantastically, providing heat and cooling using all our existing ducts. We were thrilled with the results. I thought I was supposed to do annual “tune-ups” and set up a service appointment. Jim came out, checked my filter, confirmed it was clean and said as long as my unit seemed to be heating and cooling properly, and air filter was changed if dirty, there was not much to service and nothing needed to be done. He did not charge me for coming out and said to call if I noticed the device not heating or cooling properly. I was so impressed how honest and helpful Jim Tarabini was. It’s so rare to find companies that don’t try to “pad expenses”. Highly recommend this company for their work quality and honesty.
My AC system was not working properly and it licked through my ceiling, I call Jim and Jonathan his brother came to take care of the problem right away. Great people got the job done and charged me a fraction of what other big companies quoted me.
BE AWARE.... Tarabini Mechanical along with it's owner James (Jim) Tarabini - took funidng from us for this business. He has since stopped all payments from debiting, and has refused to provide any information as to why, or resume payments. I would be careful when deciding to do business with them, if this is how they resolve things.
Outstanding, prompt and efficient repair by Tarabini Mechanical, highly recommend them. Our furnace was starting and stopping, then our Nest thermostat stopped working and we were heading into the holidays with no heat. Kevin Tarabini made time in his schedule to see us asap. It turned out to be a series of complicated problems, but Kevin was knowledgeable and thorough. Helped solve the Nest issue and found a clogged drain valve in our Carrier furnace and fixed the drain onsite without the usual waiting for a new part to get shipped out. Best HVAC experience I've had in a long time.
