I thought Colin and his team did an excellent job of installing two heat pumps in my SF home. The guys were respectful of my home and diligent and just generally nice. There were issues that needed to be addressed because of the structure of my home and Colin was great at working with me to get a good solution. I am very happy with the job and the people who did it.
Colin at TechAir was great. We got a competitive price on two ductless compressor units outside and eight wall units. He worked with us on all the details and getting it done quickly. The AC is great and I’m sure the heat will be awesome come winter.
Colin was fantastic to work with from start to finish of our AC repairs! He is professional, prompt, communicative and genuinely pleasant to work with. We could tell he really cared and took the time to navigate our AC repair issue carefully, and we appreciated his transparency about pricing. He is honest, hardworking and trustworthy throughout a process we know nothing about! What really stood out was that as another issue came up, he returned as soon as he could despite his packed schedule (he even willingly came at 7am on a Sunday morning!). He handled it swiftly and thoroughly - which we really appreciated, since we're in the middle of a heat wave and really needed the AC working at full throttle ASAP!
