I own a residential care facility and was in need of our air conditioner serviced and air ducts cleaned. After a couple of overpriced bids with other company's. We found The Duct Doctor. John the owner is very professional and honest with what services we needed to have done. We were quickly put on the schedule and received an amazing service from his team. The Duct Doctors were terrific feom beginning to end! They provided a quote that was 1/4th of another big name Sonoma County HVAC company and 1/2 of a second comparison quote from another company. They completed the job within days of providing the quote, showed up when expected, finished the job and cleaned up. I highly recommend them.
John, the owner, is a great guy and was able to squeeze me in for the very next day. His two technicians showed up on time and quickly did a solid job, both were great guys as well. John and his team at The Duct Doctor are very thorough in their assessment and work and very fair with their pricing. After a rat infestation we were prepared to replace a large portion of our duct work. John's team came through and made the recommendation to repair and thoroughly clean the duct work. They located the isolated area where the problem was, addressed it, and did a full duct cleaning and inspection. Our HVAC system is back to running perfectly with absolutey no odor.
