The Duct Doctors were terrific feom beginning to end! They provided a quote that was 1/4th of another big name Sonoma County HVAC company and 1/2 of a second comparison quote from another company. They completed the job within days of providing the quote, showed up when expected, finished the job and cleaned up. I highly recommend them.
John, the owner, is a great guy and was able to squeeze me in for the very next day. His two technicians showed up on time and quickly did a solid job, both were great guys as well. No upselling or unnecessary pressure like you get with some of the big-name companies. This is exactly the kind of small, locally owned business we should be supporting. This was such a great service. We haven’t had our ducts cleaned in ages and were reluctant because we didn’t want to be “upsold” a new HVAC system. Quite the OPPOSITE happened with the Duct Doctor. Tevon and Aden were so friendly and professional. They took the time to explain the type of brushes and technique they would use. They both got under our house to assess the duct work! They showed us pics every step of the way. We are so happy with the results. The air in our home is cleaner.
John and his team at The Duct Doctor are very thorough in their assessment and work and very fair with their pricing. After a rat infestation we were prepared to replace a large portion of our duct work. John's team came through and made the recommendation to repair and thoroughly clean the duct work. They located the isolated area where the problem was, addressed it, and did a full duct cleaning and inspection. Our HVAC system is back to running perfectly with absolutey no odor. I have been searching a long time for a company that could help replace, repair, and clean the ducts under my house to prepare for winter. I am grateful to say that once I talked to John, the owner, and met Mackenzie, Greg, and Dustin, employees, my endless and frustrating search is now over! The guys were beyond polite and professional, this was the best customer service that I have ever experienced. In order to service the ducts they had to cut a hatch in my closet floor to access impossible places under the house. The work was immaculate and thorough. Mackenzie even FaceTime’d me from Ace Hardware so I could select the perfect handle for my new floor hatch. The Duct Doctors can’t be beat for any heating and AC services. These guys are the best- not afraid to tackle what seems like an impossible job!
