i'm very pleased with the insulation contractor i hired. eric, colin, and bentley were all professional and demonstrated a deep understanding of their work. they used best practices to complete the job swiftly and without inconveniencing me, meeting all of my expectations. they took the time to explain all the work they had done to enhance the heating and cooling efficiency of my home. they even provided me with 'before and after' photos of my attic and other insulated areas. this allowed me to review their completed work. (i've added a few photos below.) looking at these photos, i am confident that their insulation work will significantly improve my home's overall heating and cooling efficiency. this should lead to a noticeable reduction in energy use and related utility costs. what i appreciated most about eric, colin, and bentley was their approachable manner. they were easy to communicate with and this helped in building trust. thank you, eric, colin, and bentley!

Recently, I engaged an insulation contractor to spray the attic of my century-old house. Working with this company from start to finish was a superb experience. Bentley gave me an estimate and returned the information promptly, while Jalen and Eric, the crew members, did an exceptional job removing the old insulation and spraying in the new. Their professionalism and organization were exemplary. They left everything as clean as when they arrived, and the results have been remarkable. Before the insulation, my attic would be more than 20 degrees colder in the winter than the house, and significantly hotter in the summer. But since the insulation was installed, i've observed the attic on the coldest nights here in Mill Valley, and the temperature has been almost exactly the same as in the main house. I'm yet to receive a new utility bill to determine the cost savings, but considering the change in comfort level in the house, i expect it to be significant. Once I get that, i'll update my review. I would highly recommend this insulation contractor and would definitely engage them again for any future insulation needs.

Tiburon Attic Insulation is consistently available on the weekends and they are always able to diagnose the problems! Their services are quite budget-friendly, and in our most recent experience, they made a visit on a Sunday at no extra cost! The team is well-informed and exceptionally easy to cooperate with! Philip was excellent, prompt, and fixed up my home swiftly!

I don't often award a full five-star rating, and rarely have the time to pen down reviews. However, I felt compelled to share my immense satisfaction with the work performed by Philip and his team from Tiburon Attic Insulation. We had a more complex job on our hands and even though I initially desired spray foam, Philip and I concluded that the cost and effort of tearing down a significant amount of ceiling outweighed the potential return on investment. Philip visited our site multiple times as we deliberated over the feasibility of the project. He suggested several trusted drywall contractors and even met with our energy specialist. Philip's expertise in the insulation business is genuinely impressive, and he prides himself on keeping up-to-date with the latest technologies and techniques. His years of experience shine through from the very first meeting. My spouse, a LEED certified engineer, was thoroughly impressed by Philip's comprehensive knowledge in the field. Ultimately, we all agreed on blown-in insulation. After the team removed the old bat, remediated any mold around unsealed supply ducts from the HVAC, foam sealed all top plates, supply ducts, light fixtures, and other openings that allowed heat and humidity from the attic into the house, we paused the project for the installation of new HVAC units in the attic along with new ductwork. Philip patiently coordinated with our installation schedule and was punctual and professional once the HVAC work was finished. The blown-in insulation was completed the following day, ensuring our home was exposed without insulation for a minimal amount of time. Lastly, I had a pull-down attic access installed after all the jobs were completed. However, I noticed some heat emanating from the area. In response, Philip, ever so patient, came to inspect and recommended a zip contraption to seal the access while still allowing entry. It was a brilliant solution. He even went the extra mile to install it for me and added some more insulation where it had been compressed during the installation of the access and ductwork strapping. This is a clear testament to his pride in his work and his desire for nothing less than utmost client satisfaction. This caliber of competence and professionalism is hard to come by these days, but with Philip and his team, it's a guarantee every single day.
