Positives: Professionalism, Commitment to quality outcome, man of his word A year ago Steve installed our heater into a difficult spot with lots of outdated ducting. In addition to great result, the installation looks beautiful. Last month, he fixed all of the ducting under the house which had become nonoperational over the many years. He went way above and beyond as the geometries were so tight for him and the ducts, that he frequently used a shovel. The end result was amazing heat air flow. He is a man of his word and dedicated to quality outcomes and happy customers. And he over delivers. Most contractors would have balked or done a quick slap it in job. He did not. I give the highest recommendation of his services and will use his again.

Steve's attention to detail is really astounding, I am a micro-manager when it comes to people working in my home, but I did not feel the need to remind Steve to do things.
