Their work business hours on Saturday 8am-12pm. I arrived at 11:40am on Dec 27 and the store was closed. This date was not listed in their Holiday Store Hours notice on the door. So i assume it's supposed to be a regular business hours today. Apparently they decided it was a time to close the store whether there were no much customers during the day or the manager want to go home earlier. This is completely disrespectful to the people who spend time to drive to the store just to find out the doors are closed when it's supposed to be still open!
Typical United Refrigeration, poorly ran under staffed with terrible attitude. Always expect delays here especially on the phone. Bob always a hot head and their new guy can't be anymore useless even with inventory checks.
When I arrived at the store, I requested a gas valve. The salesperson checked the serial number and told me that I needed to place an order for this part. I then asked for a universal valve for a wall heater, but he claimed they didn’t have any. It took me 10 minutes to find the correct valve on their website and prove that it was in stock at the store. Only then did the salesperson find it and take my card for payment. After the transaction, he threw my card back to me and left to fetch the part, only to throw it at me again once he returned. Overall, it was quite a negative experience, especially since I was already running late for an appointment with a client.
Very poor customer service. They shipped a faulty motor, then agreed to send a replacement, but sent the replacement to the wrong address and would not do anything about it. I could not get anyone on the phone. Their email response was rude and they did not even make an attempt to fix the issue.
They do not sell replacement parts to general public only HVAC contractors
