Facts, no Fluff They installed a mini split and wired the system from my electrical panel. + They arrived at the agreed up date and time. There was one date change but that was not a problem as we both agreed upon it. + His crew did very clean work and made good suggestions along the way + Sheet metal conduits were well constructed and clean. + During the project, which lasted one full day, his crew kept me informed of progress and asked questions about my preferences for the install. + Strong communications ahead of start, during project and wrap up and billing at the end. No real negatives here. The price wasn’t the lowest or the highest. Overall Angel’s team did great work. I would definitely use them again and highly recommend them.
Angel and team did a fantastic job installing HVAC in our house. The workers really cared to do it the best way possible instead of rushing through the job. They provided different placement options and went with what was best for our usecase
Ventwerx owner (Angel) could not have been more responsive to my desperate call to have a dryer vent replaced. The vent had been erroneously removed by an overly aggressive localized termite treatment person who seemed to be looking for more business. Angel committed on the phone to have his guys to our home within 2 days of the call. He kept his commitment and sent two team members to tackle the challenge in the crawlspace that was packed with vents, pipes, and the sewer line. Bol and Michael worked hard and efficiently, not wasting a moment. The rigid dryer material was commercial level (thick and strong seam). They maximized use of 45 degree angles to keep the flow of air high. The pictures provided of their work demonstrated the professional installation and looked really clean with each joint wrapped with Vent Tape. The venting was hung to code with the wide metal tape from the subfloor (vs. on the ground like some other company had done). Very well done and I am delighted, Ventwerx is on speed-dial for any of our HVAC needs in the future.
I was referred to Angel and his team - Ventwerx by my neighbor who had already installed AC. The HVAC installation price was very competitive and reasonable. Angel is very knowledgeable about HVAC system and gave me the right direction on what capacity to choose and where to install. The install was a great experience as 4~5 guys were working on my house early in the morning and cleaned the house after getting their work done daily. They finished the work to my complete satisfaction. I was very impressed with how they made sure that my home did not get dirty. They were all very nice and respectful. I was very comfortable with them being in my home. Angel was very friendly and explained things to me as I asked him several questions. My new AC and heat pump is running beautifully and I hope it continues to run that way for many years to come. I highly recommend Angel and his team - Ventwerx to anyone looking for AC or heating.
