Warm Floors has excellent customer service. I needed my warm floors system serviced as well as someone to explain to my tenants how to operate it. They did both! They were easy to work with and promptly scheduled the appointment as soon as I called. I highly recommend them.

I bought a home recently that had warm floors. Because we have never had this feature in a home before, I called them, and they came out. Jay was great! He brought the plans, sat down and explained where everything was located. He then walked me through the house showing and explaining the features. He even did a service and got everything up to date for us. I now feel comfortable enjoying this great feature in our new home.
Great folks make for great service and a great company! My home has a custom designed WarmFloors system that’s 24 years old. Even though I live at the south end of San Jose, I had WCW replace my industrial grade water heater 5.5 years ago, as I always had great experience with their work and service. They recently did some water heater installation related repairs at no charge, as they considered it part of their warranty. What else can I say but; “KUDOS to WCW and the great people I had the pleasure to have worked with!”. TK - May 16, 2025.
I have been using Warm Floors (Warm Corp West) for almost 25 years. It all the time, they have been courteous , and timely in all my interactions with them. The office staff are easy to work with and the technicians are great! Sergio came over last week to replace a faulty check valve and now my system is up and running without all the clattering noise.
