The technician that showed up was adept and friendly. The issue is that he was there for less that 90 minutes and we were charged for three hours of time. Requesting a response as to why this was has fallen on deaf ears. While troubleshooting was done, it was determined that PGE needed to address the issue and Western Allied was unable to help. to figure that out, I was charged for double the actual time spent finding out that were unable to help. Check your invoice. To be fair, I was contacted and refunded an hour of time. Thank you.

Lovely parking, blocking the right turn lane, from this Western Allied Mechanical pick up truck. So respectful of their fellow drivers! You can only guess how they treat their clients.

I’m not sure who nos is but I think he’s a little special. The curb isn’t red and there’s cars parked behind him. Anyways, I love how western allied taught me hvac, plumbing , electrical, and sheet metal. It was such a honor to be taught there how to make so many things. And thank you for the tools, shoes, food and more i’ll miss you guys! 🙂

8/19/25 YOUR COMPANY VAN LICENSE PLATE #3SS8372 (MEMORIZED) CUT ME OFF ON CA SOUTHBOUND 680 THIS MORNING AROUND 0535 PST. IN A MERGE LANE IN SUNOL THEY WENT SO FAR AS TO DRIVE QUITE A WHILE ON THE SHOULDER OFF THE ROAD PAST 84 ISABEL JUST TO PASS ME BECAUSE THE MERGE ENDED AND THEY REFUSED TO SLOW DOWN FOR THE MERGE. ITS WRECKLESS AND UNSAFE. IF THIS CAUSED AN ACCIDENT IT WOULD CAUSE HOURS OF PAIN FOR OTHERS JUST GOING TO WORK. THIS DRIVER SHOULD BE SUSPENDED IT REPRESENTS WHAT YOUR COMPANY IS.

First off, I would like to say there has been only one employee from this ratchet company that actually worked and showed up on time, his name is Kyle. He was cool and answered all of my questions with no problem. His coworkers, however, they are the reason for not getting anymore stars. One guy showed up damn near two hours late. I called the company to complain about the late worker and they acted like they didn't care and was rushing me off the phone. Didn't get my name or number to have a manager call me back. So unless you get Kyle, I suggest going somewhere else.
