Zak Plumbing went out of their way to schedule an appointment quickly to replace a water heater in our home. Herbert and Jesus arrived on time and explained what needed to be done. They were personable, knowledgeable and worked together as a team. They purchased a new water heater for us and hauled away the old one. Before leaving they tested all our water faucets to make sure the water was hot. We are so pleased with their work and highly recommend them!

Can I give 10 stars here? Because I would if I could. The crew at Zak plumbing mean business, friendly business, but business none the less. Their process speaks as much as the finished product. Their communication was top notch-outlining choices as they investigated what we hoped would be a simple snaking of a kitchen sink drain line, but turned into an entire replacement of the line, massive dig and discover mission and rebuilding our under the sink p-trap. They had the skills and the team to get the job done, even when the job became quite big. In the end, my wife put it best when she said, "I know this sounds crazy, but I'm so happy to be writing a check to Zak plumbing for solving such a huge problem." I couldn't agree more, and really appreciated how efficient the team was, getting the job done as quickly as possible so that we could focus on hosting friends from out of town.
