This company should change its name because they will never charge you $15 for plumbing, it starts at $115, which is misleading. Our toilet was clogged, and since our regular plumber was away, we called this company to help unclog it. The fix only lasted one week before it got clogged again. When I called them back to have it checked, I was told I’d have to pay another $280 to unclog it. What a joke! Our regular plumber charges about the same price, provides a 30 day warranty, and the work usually lasts six months or longer. Will never use this company again!
Been coordinating with Fifteen Dollar Sewer and Drain and they are very accommodating with requests and almost always do same day service. In case schedule is full, they will have the earliest availability the next day. They also explain the concerns really well and invoice has complete details.
I'm sooo happy with the service received. Two very nice plumbers were here within an hour of placing my original call for help due a clog in kitchen line. They were very friendly, professional, wore booties inside and were done and gone in 30 min. Great experience and low cost!
The company took a late night call, and had me set up for a morning service, as it was not a time sensitive emergency. The pricing was very up front, and the service was quick, on time, and professional. They gave a few pointers on how to avoid the issue in the future, and did so without being judgy or preachy, which is greatly appreciated.
