The whole house is being re-plumbed. Cast iron is shot and leaking under the home, ancient PVC is cobbled together and sometimes not sloped properly, and there are problems with the shower, tub, and sinks. Yes, it's a mess. Then Easton arrived. A solid, detailed, and honest evaluation.He has started work. He is not quite completed, with three days down and at least a week to go, but he is pleasant, neat, has already proven himself trustworthy, punctual, a wonderful communicator, and highly knowledgable about all of the issues we are experiencing with this 1957 home and what we can do about them. I'm confident that we are in good hands.
