Shark Plumbing was fantastic to work with from start to finish. We had an emergency sewer backup and needed our sewer line replaced, and they made a stressful situation so much easier. They were easy to communicate with, took the time to explain everything clearly (including videos), and were able to replace the sewer pipe much faster than we expected. What really stood out was their follow-through. We had a storage pod in our driveway during the repair, and they told us they’d come back to clean the driveway once it was gone. Two weeks after the job was finished, I reached back out — and they actually came back and cleaned it. That level of reliability and care is rare, and it made the whole experience such a bright spot.
