Shark Plumbing was fantastic to work with from start to finish. We had an emergency sewer backup and needed our sewer line replaced, and they made a stressful situation so much easier. They were easy to communicate with, took the time to explain everything clearly (including videos), and were able to replace the sewer pipe much faster than we expected. What really stood out was their follow-through. We had a storage pod in our driveway during the repair, and they told us they’d come back to clean the driveway once it was gone. Two weeks after the job was finished, I reached back out — and they actually came back and cleaned it. That level of reliability and care is rare, and it made the whole experience such a bright spot. Shark Plumbing replaced our old boiler at our facility with a tankless system and did an excellent job. They were professional, on time, and kept everything clean and organized throughout the process. The new system works great, hot water on demand and much more efficient than before. You can tell they know what they’re doing and take pride in their work. Highly recommend!
Can’t say enough about this company! He came recommended by my sister, and did major plumbing at my moms. We were hearing water running when we had nothing turned on?? Julio, (the owner), came in right away and after checking everything, gave us an estimate on Repiping our home, (which was way over due). During the repipe they found we as well needed sewer pipe replacement, which we were not thrilled with. But after showing us photos, and actual leaky pipes, we needed to get it done as well. His team of plumbers, were Extreemly polite, considerate. Worked in sync, lot’s of communication the whole time. Julio, checked in on everything, equipment, pipe fittings, the digging process, always asking us if everything was ok!! They taped off where they were working, cleaned it all up at night, and then put it back up to protect our home. Sorry that I’ve gone on and on, I could say a lot more. But Illyend it with this…….We highly recommend Shark plumbing. We have dealt with a lot of contractors, and these guys are the tops. A company that I feel you can truly trust and appreciate the work that they do. They went above and beyond!!!!
Julio came one time as scheduled and did my water heater in the water softener and they both came out beautiful and working condition. He does great work will And we recommend him to all my friends and family
I needed to replace my main sewer line. Julio came out and diagnosed the issue. He showed me what was going on inside of my 60+ year old pipes by using a camera. His team worked hard to complete the job in a timely fashion. They were all so conscientious of my yard and landscaping. They restored it back to better than it looked originally.
