This is my second time using this company. During the wee hours of the morning, our water heater was making a horrible noise and was leaking. I called Plumbing & Rooter Service around 6am and Antonio dispatched a plumber (Joshua) plus a helper who arrived around 9am. Joshua gave me a clear explanation and estimate, then proceeded efficiently to replace the water heater. Joshua also alerted me to a leaking valve, so I asked him to replace that as well. They gave me a discount on the valve replacement, which was much appreciated. All the work was done before 12 noon.
I had a fantastic experience with Plumbing & Rooter Service and can’t recommend them highly enough. They came out to hydro jet my home’s storm drain and did an incredibly thorough job—everything is flowing perfectly now. On top of that, they also fixed a leaking toilet that had been bothering us for a while. The team was professional, punctual, and clearly very knowledgeable. They explained what they were doing, worked efficiently, and left everything clean when they were done. It’s such a relief to find a reliable, honest plumbing service. I’ll definitely be calling them again for any future needs!

Their service was great. We had a water heater with a gas control valve issue and they were able to come within a few hours and help replace it by the afternoon. The team that came explained what they planned to do clearly and we felt the pricing was quite reasonable.
