We are 3/4 through a kitchen remodel when we got a water leak. Turned out that our existing copper pipes were warn very thin and we needed a whole house re piping! Micah came out and took a look, and gave us a GREAT estimate! Very fair and we did some upgrades while they were at it. Better hot water heater, re circulation system, and pressure control! It use to take 5 to 8 minutes to get hot water in the master bathroom, now it’s warm in about 10 seconds! Makes using my water pick so much better!!! Micah and Marco did excellent work and made us feel very comfortable with the repairs. We 110% recommend A Better Plumbing Company to anyone looking for great plumbers! Thanks guys for AWESOME work!!! Bud and Anne!
Wow - stellar service from Micah and team. Quick response to my initial email and provided a ballpark estimate based on my photos. Completed job efficiently and proactively did a few quick fixes in other areas to help me out. Billed promptly. I highly recommend A Better Plumbing Company!
Micah provided wonderful service for us, which included replacing old pipe, rerouting for improved flow and to prevent clogs. His initial response was fast, courteous. He communicates excellently both in person and via text. He was thorough and provided guidance to prevent future problems. I will be glad to work with him anytime we have future needs. Thank you!!
Micah was great. The job was done on time and the quote was 1/2 what others quoted. Love seeing honest ethical company in this day and age. Thank you
My insurance company required me to install a Moen Flo shutoff device at my home in the Russian River area of California. Not being familiar with local plumbers in the area, I reached out to a friend who had similar work done and was referred to Micah at A Better Plumbing Company. Even though he was about 40 minutes away, I sent him detailed photos and videos of the setup. That was more than enough for him to understand the scope of work, and he handled everything professionally and efficiently. Micah did a fantastic job, and I highly recommend him for any future plumbing needs. Steve
