I paid $100 for each claim. I had my dishwasher repaired with a new circuit board, I had my garbage disposal replaced and a new toilet installed. I highly recommend First American warranty company.

Alex and his team came out to change our main shutoff valve through a home warranty claim. He was very professional and communicative and performed the work without any issues. The main office also scheduled our work promptly. It was a great experience!

Aj Bono came out to replace my water heater, they were very helpful, let me know from beginning to end everything that needed to be done. The technician Diego was super friendly and explained how everything worked. I definitely will use them again.

Our tech Diego was great! He came out next day, after we put a request in with our home warranty company. We have a little older water heater and that part needed isn’t manufactured anymore. He was able to source the part needed and had it shipped as fast as it could. He was professional and was able to explain what exactly was wrong with the water heater.
