Sewage waste was backing up and spilling into my yard through my clean out. Technician/plumber Miguel with A J Bono Plumbing came to address my problem. Miguel arrived on time, he was very friendly and polite and looked professional. He had excellent communication skills and was very knowledgeable! Miguel thoroughly explained and educated me on my clean out, potential problems and resolutions, old verses new ways of installions and so many other plumbing factors. He was easy to engage with and as a woman I felt safe in talking to and trusting his service. Service was actually great from my initial call to their office for assistance when speaking with Nevaeh. Nevaeh was professional and friendly and was able to quickly schedule my appointment. I have used this company a few times and find this company to be honest and transparent, and provide quality work with no hidden fees. I paid $100 for each claim. I had my dishwasher repaired with a new circuit board, I had my garbage disposal replaced and a new toilet installed. I highly recommend First American warranty company.

Our tech Diego was great! He came out next day, after we put a request in with our home warranty company. We have a little older water heater and that part needed isn’t manufactured anymore. He was able to source the part needed and had it shipped as fast as it could. He was professional and was able to explain what exactly was wrong with the water heater.
