I hired Abante to replace a toilet wax ring, which failed and began leaking again just less than a year later. When I reached out, they informed me their workmanship warranty is only 30 days. They refused to inspect the premature failure unless I paid a full $345 replacement fee, and told me to shop around instead. A 30-day warranty is incredibly short for a structural plumbing seal. I do not recommend them if you want a repair that lasts.
Abante was great. My call was treated with concern and ASAP scheduling that worked for me. The service person fixed both my problems quickly, yet he took the time to answer questions and explain what he was doing. The price wasn’t as bad as some reviewers imply, and I care about value, which requires a good product, not just a cheap price. And do any of the complainers know what it costs to run a building or home maintenance company these days?? We are fortunate to have good resources like Abanti in our community.
The service provided by James was incredibly fast, scheduled, showed up on time, and was friendly enough to explain the issue and get the fix made smoothly.
We have been using Abante for years, they are always on time and are usually able to make same day stops. they are on the pricy side but the plumbers working for them are all very nice and know what they are doing.
my experience with abante rooter was terrible. He is a con artist and took me for my money and didnt even repair my leak and he charged me double of what i paid when i had to get it repaired again
