We had a great experience with ACH! The first time we called, our water heater needed to be replaced, and they were incredibly responsive and they had a new one installed the very same day. What really stood out was how honest and transparent Robb was. He took the time to walk us through the costs and explain what each option would mean, whether we chose to repair the water heater or replace it, so we felt confident we were making the right decision instead of being pressured. Eric, who came out to our house, was professional and knowledgeable. We also love supporting a family-owned business. We highly recommend ACH!
I've worked with these guys twice and both times been very impressed. The first time was a large job replacing the main drain pipe under my house. The communication was clear, timely and they were very transparent about cost. They were great about describing any concerns they had and going over options to address those concerns so we were all on the same page throughout the entire project. For how involved the job was and how hard they worked, I feel like the price was very reasonable. The second time was today. I attempted to switch out my kitchen faucet yesterday and found that I couldn't remove the old one. They were luckily available this morning. Eric came out, handled things beautifully and installed the new faucet. Again, great job and reasonably priced, especially for coming out next day. I've got future plans to install a tankless water heater and replace my old water filtration system. When I am ready to do this, I will be calling ACH plumbing for the job.
Robb and his team were life savers as we moved into our new home and ran into many unexpected plumbing issues. They made themselves available on short notice, we're extremely professional and had great communication with us. Shout out to Esau! We will definitely be using ACH in the future and look forward to working with the team.
No need to look any further for a fabulous west county plumber - these guys rock! Rob is fabulous to work with and his crew is super talented, super nice, and excellent explainers to folks not schooled in plumbing. I looked for a new plumber after being ghosted by a few and ACH is reliable, does incredible work, and is cost effective. Congrats on finding your future plumber :)
