Albert was very communicative and punctual with the appointment. He came and was able to resolve the water pressure issue with our shower very quickly and effectively.
Incredibly professional and efficient. he fixed our issue in less than 10 minutes, replacing the old faucet in our bath with a brand new one. Albert was so incredibly sweet and kind, he petted my dog right away which I really appreciated as he’s very nosey lol. he fixed my clogged bath drain and replaced all my fill valve and seals on my toilets in 20 minutes! He was so quick and kind, definitely recommend him!! Everything is working smooth now :) thank you!!
I put in a (non-emergency) work request yesterday and Albert called me within an hour asking for details of what was going on with our toilet. I explained the problem and sent him a few photos of the water tank, and he arrived on time today (less than 24 hours after making the request). He did high quality work, was professional, and was quick! Highly recommend.
