They took care of me, at least (3) times so far. Once at my home, and the other times at another property. They got the plumbing issues done for me. One was a in-the-wall drain leak which was pretty complicated, but they employed a creative solution to solve the problem. This most recent time, they coordinated directly with the tenant, even made a trip out to investigate and put eyes on everything first to provide the quote. All in all I'm happy with the results. They are also able to provide a professional invoice for my accountant. I can safely recommend their plumbing services. Also all the reviews talking about loud music, they are talking about a DIFFERENT business, not this one!!!
This business has zero integrity. They blast subwoofers until 3:00 AM, treating this neighborhood like a personal playground with total disregard for local laws or human health. What’s worse is their arrogance: they have stayed silent while ignoring a wave of serious reviews from suffering neighbors. This isn't just about noise—it's a fundamental lack of professional accountability. If they treat their own community with this much contempt, they cannot be trusted to value their customers. Do not support a business that thinks it is above the rules. Stay away from this place !!
A reminder that good people still exist. This week I had a plumbing issue at my house and called Alert Plumbing, a local family-owned company. After two days of hard work, Raul Ochoa and his son completed the repair. During the job we talked. I shared that I recently lost my wife and am now raising two teenagers on my own. When I asked for the total, Raul said, “Dan, you have enough on your plate. This job is on us. Take care of yourself and your kids.” I insisted. He refused. In a time when life feels overwhelming, their kindness meant more than they will ever know. They didn’t just fix a plumbing issue — they reminded me that compassion is still alive and well. Had a great experience with Alert to replace and install a new water heater. Very fast and efficient service, good pricing, and quality work. Would definitely use them again in the future!
Albert and his team are the best! I needed emergency service in Hollister today and they were very quick with getting back to me and was able to have a technician out to the job site within 3 hours. They resolved the issue quickly and sent me extensive videos to show me the problem and resolution which was so helpful since I live far from my property and am not onsite. I highly recommend Alert plumbing for all of your plumbing needs.
