All Star is always reliable and quick to respond. We needed a water heater replacement and they quickly responded. The tech who came to install it was friendly and knowledgeable. We will definitely come to them with any further plumbing needs
Professional and friendly service!! Brandon that came out to assess my water heater was very personable and informative, he showed me where my pilot light was and how to read the trouble shooting label on the front. As well as how to find out how old my water heater was. I felt extremely comfortable and taken care of immediately. The tech Nathan that came out was also very friendly and walked me through everything. I hope I don’t need them again but if I do I’m calling All Star and recommending to my friends. Extremely responsive. I has a sudden issue with faucets turning themselves on. The plumber came out within an hour. Two items were bad (the tank on water heater) and pressure release value outside) and had to be replaced which they did the same day. Later it was determined one item was still under warranty and the office manager refunded the cost of the part without question. I’m so pleased with everyone’s professionalism and service. Thank you! Highly recommend.
Just recently we had to replace multiple Backflows and Sam from Allstar made the process as easy as possible, he was very communicative, on time, explained exactly how they would do each, and why. If there were a chance that the proposed bid could change in price once they started in on the job , he would let us know ahead of time so that there were no surprises! I also want to mention Tracy , she works in their office , she was very nice and professional each time I would call in! I would highly recommend Sam from Allstar if your Backflow needs testing, and/or repairs!
Timely, great communication and professional workmanship! They were able to effectively solve a complex well leak issue and improve our system with a series of shutoff valves and fire protection taps. Thinking outside the box! Thanks Zack!
