All Star Plumbing & Showhouse - Napa

Just recently we had to replace multiple Backflows and Sam from Allstar made the process as easy as possible, he was very communicative, on time, explained exactly how they would do each, and why. If there were a chance that the proposed bid could change in price once they started in on the job , he would let us know ahead of time so that there were no surprises! I also want to mention Tracy , she works in their office , she was very nice and professional each time I would call in! I would highly recommend Sam from Allstar if your Backflow needs testing, and/or repairs!

The leak detection was a bit more than I expected but the service men were very friendly and they got the job done. I have Reliable come out twice a year to do maintenance on my furnace and air conditioning system. They are very professional and the cost is very reasonable . I have been using them for about 25 years and have been very happy!

I've called Allstar Plumbing twice for bathroom sink leak and faucet replacement and both times a "real" person responds on the phone and I've seen a plumber within the day. They were extremely efficient and helpful, explaining everything and being very cordial. I think I might find a cheaper plumber but I've never had the response and immediacy with anyone else and this alone is worth paying a little more. I love talking to an actual person when I call, instead of making an impersonal appointment online or to an answering service. And they do not make you wait. Allstar Plumbing is an excellent service minded company! Also, I love their small showroom and Ann is very helpful.

Very professional. Technicians were prompt, courteous and very proficient. They kept me informed of their daily timetable and finished the work on a timely basis. I would highly recommend them.
