I do not usually post reviews, but I wanted to share this experience because the service was that good. Cory was excellent to work with. While I was at work, my wife called and said we had water all over the lower floor and the water heater was leaking badly. We called several plumbing companies and could not get a quick response during the holiday weekend, but this plumbing team answered right away and scheduled us for the next morning in Oakland. What really stood out was that Cory arrived with the replacement water heater and all the needed plumbing parts, valves, and fittings, so there was no wasted time running to a supply store. The water heater installation was quick, efficient, and done the right way. Since I work with mechanical systems, I pay attention to gas connections, fittings, and overall workmanship, and everything looked clean, safe, and professionally installed. He also put down cardboard to protect our hardwood floors while moving equipment in and out, which showed real care for our home. He hauled away the old unit, kept the work area neat, and was courteous and professional from start to finish. It is not easy to find a reliable plumber who communicates well, shows up prepared, and handles a water heater emergency smoothly, but this team did exactly that. We will definitely call them again for any future plumbing or water heater needs.

Wonderful experience with our plumbing team in Oakland. julie was very kind when she heard the panic in our voices right before a holiday because we suddenly had no water. The main water line to the house had cracked, and the front yard looked like it had a fountain going from a major leak. julie called to let us know roman was on the way, and he really saved the day. roman did an excellent job and clearly knew his plumbing work. He checked the broken line, explained the repair in simple terms, and got the water service restored within a couple of hours. After that, everything in the house was back to normal, and we could finally relax and enjoy the day. We were so grateful for the fast response, the solid pipe repair, and the professional service. We now have one trusted number to call anytime we need a plumber. Later, ezekiel came out for a tub that was not draining. It was an easy fix for him, but he still went above and beyond during the service call. i also mentioned that my bathroom sink had very low water pressure for a long time, and he took the time to inspect the faucets and get that problem fixed too. He was kind, respectful, smart, and very informative, and he even taught me a few helpful things about our plumbing system and water flow. cory was also delightful and easy to work with. It is such a relief to have a team that makes us feel completely comfortable welcoming them into our home. great job hiring people who are skilled, honest, and dependable. i am very happy with the service, and it is exciting to have everything draining and running properly again.
