Joe did a fantastic job on a complex installation. It involved removing old water heater and expansion tasks as well as valves in a system with a separate boiler and extensive radiant heating network. There was no documentation available. He worked it all out, what connected to what and identified what needed to be done, including fixing initial construction errors. He installed everything with flawless workmanship over several days, working sometimes past midnight in very tight quarters. At the end of every day, he left the workplace spotless. He then brought everything up to code and had it inspected by the city inspector. The inspector was very impressed with the installation, given the complexity of interconnecting all pieces - the boiler, storage tank, expansion tanks, plumbing, valves and insulation. It passed with flying colors. Aside from the "gold standard" professionalism, Joe is a pleasure to work with. Great personality, attention to detail, and fantastic customer service. I highly recommend him and will use him again for my future projects
Joe L did a great job replacing our kitchen sink. We had an old cast iron undermount sink that was really tough to remove but he handled it without any issues. He installed our new Lefton workstation sink, moved the garbage disposal, installed the faucet and replaced the shutoff valves all in one visit. Joe was knowledgeable, patient and easy to work with the whole time. Pricing was fair and straightforward. Would definitely call Allstar again!
I couldnt be happier with the work done by Joshua at Allstar plumbing. He replaced one toilet and fixed the other. Everything was great on every level. Response time, knowledge, communication, the work performed, the time it took, and the amount they charged were all beyond reproach. Its obvious that Joshua cares about his customers and likes the work he does. I highly recommend them. I will be calling Allstar for all my future plumbing needs. We hired AllStar plumbing to make a substantial repair to a leaking section of 4-inch pipe in a large, multi-family property. Luiz from AllStar quickly and expertly handled the project. He did a fantastic job, and left the work area clean and tidy. Highly recommended.
The copper pipe connecting water meter to the house needed to be replaced. This turned out to be a big job. We contacted Allstar plumbing and Jesse came out and started the job. It took almost a week to complete the job. Jesse did a fantastic job. He cleaned up the work area every day. After the work got completed, the inspector passed the inspection, I would recommend Allstar to anyone. Andy D
