Allstate has been our source for water heater replacement and installation for a couple of decades, now. Yesterday they replaced a leaking heater for us and did a great job. I'd called the afternoon previous, explaining that we had water running of the heater. They came by the next morning, installed a new heater and refreshed all the relevant piping to ensure we'd be up to code and have no leaks. The installing plumber, Abraham Angeles, did a masterful job and cleaned up quite thoroughly. Allstate is never the cheapest, but they know what they're doing, the install good quality products, and are quite reputable. As I said, we've used them for years, and I encourage you to give them a call if your water heater goes out, as well.
Paul, Maria and the rest of their team are amazing! I have used them for simple and complex plumbing problems (commercial, apartments houses etc) and they always deliver on time and on budget. I'd highly recommend them!
After my initial review, the owner personally reached out to me to discuss my concerns and, to his credit, took the time to address and resolve everything to my satisfaction. I’ve been a loyal Allstate Plumbing customer for the past 15 years, so my original review came from genuine disappointment with how my most recent experience was handled. My concerns were primarily around the lack of a written estimate, the confusion regarding the permit, and the way the situation was communicated. I appreciate that the owner took my feedback seriously and made the effort to personally follow up and get everything addressed. That level of responsiveness and willingness to make things right means a lot, especially after being a customer for so many years. While the original experience was disappointing, I’m glad the owner stepped in, listened to my concerns, and resolved the issues. I’m updating my review to reflect the positive outcome and appreciate the effort made to restore my confidence in Allstate Plumbing. Thank you to the owner for reaching out and making things right.
Abraham replaced my water heater the same day he gave me an estimate! He also worked on a leak at the water meter. I was very impressed with the prompt service.
