Greg was very friendly when he arrived and listened to my concerns about high water bills we were having. Then he got to work, and I mean he went into high gear going from the exterior of the house water meter to a spigot outside to hook up some equipment and somehow in a mater of 10 minutes of so he started digging. Sure enough, about 3 feet he found the broken water main. He cut out the bad part and repaired it. I actually was amazed at his skill and how fast he was able to detect the leak. It didn’t look easy - he was probing all around until he narrowed down the spot to the exact spot. He was very cordial and looked like he really enjoyed the work. I will definitely recommend American Leak Detection and especially Greg.
Andrew came out to test for a leak and found one in the sprinkler valve. He also assessed our ADU for hot water leaking damage and answered all my questions w patience and professionalism.

Called ALD over the weekend for a suspected leak in my pool line. Got a call early Monday morning and they had a technician out within an hour and a half of that call. The whole experience was professional and they technician, Nicholas, was awesome in every aspect of the process. Very professional explaining every detail of the test what he found and the steps afterwards. Highly recommend this company and if you can request the technician Nicholas is your man.
