Call them. The Owner Efrain and his company are trustworthy, knowledgable, and offer a fast response. Communication is also key and they are the best in setting expectations and meeting or exceeding them. His integrity is his first attribute and putting himself in your shoes to get the job done quickly is another priority. And I'm a picky person :) Call them.
Efrain went out of his way to help me out on New Year’s Eve (even though he claimed to already be in town I know he was busy because he multi tasked with many phone calls coming in due to the rain lately). He was friendly, prompt and kept me informed of his anticipated arrival. And he fixed the problem!! YAY! Obviously, I have no idea what I’m doing so he could very well have told me that I needed some outlandish service that would’ve costed my landlord a lot of money, Which she is required to fix if need be; But no, He found a bunch of calcium buildup Within the drain plug of my shower/bathtub… resulting in a bad connection between the plug and the drain, and so therefore my bathtub won’t fill in my shower, wouldn’t drain. He kept taking it out, cleaning it, and then replacing it until he found the right fit. He likely saved my landlord, a lot of money! In reality, he could’ve just told her she needed an entire brand new drain and piping or whatever all that stuff is. Efrain (the owner) Is clean and professional, specific in his descriptions of the situation at hand and super easy going ….I don’t know if he is, but he seems like a small town dude. If you are having plumbing issues, this is your guy to call!
Outstanding plumber. Nice, nice people, Efrain and his wife Trisha. Efrain went out on Thanksgiving morning to snake a drain so that the Turkey, etc, meal could happen and everyone could be happy. Truly exceptional small company. Read the top-notch reviews of American Sewer and Drain. All true.
Efrain arrived on short notice right away to fix our toilet problem! It only took a few minutes and the job was done!! He's awesome! Definitely recommend him to everyone and definitely using his services again ! Thanks American Sewer and Drain!
I was so impressed with this gentleman. Came out for a sewer backs up on a Sunday. Worked for several hours trying to un plug a complicated sewer line. Was not able to finish as another piece of equipment was currently down that was needed. He gave me recommendations for companies that had the equipment( telling me specifically what was needed based on his assessment) . He would not bill me for the job! I would recommend him and use him for any jobs I had in the future.
