Firstly, I call them and they responded right away on a Saturday night. He was sent the order by my Home Warranty company. We had a broken shower valve, the water wouldn’t completely shut off. We had to turn off water to the whole house. He came on Sunday morning!!!!! A broken valve stem stuck inside the wall, he was very resourceful and knew his craft. He got it out and replaced with a new valve stem he had with him, even had a handle that would work, love that he came prepared. Peter is an awesome plumber, very courteous and helpful!!! Recommend him highly!!!
Peter from Aqua Fresh is a gifted plumber. I was assigned to them by First American Home Warranty after the first plumber screwed many things. Peter took care of installing a new faucet, taking care of a leak, and fixing a long standing issue with the shower head which many plumbers couldn't do earlier. I will surely call him for future work.
I’m in the Bay Area, and I had an issue with a clogged kitchen pipe. The drain wasn’t draining properly, so I called a plumber to take a look. The plumber came over, snaked the kitchen pipe a few times, but it didn’t help at all. He tried four times, but still no luck. After waiting for a week, my home warranty company managed to get in touch with Peter from Aquafresh. Peter came over, understood the problem quickly, and suggested we snake the main sewage line in the garage to clear any blockages. He was really helpful. He cleaned the pipes and snaked the line to remove the clogs. Then, we ran hot water for a few minutes, and Peter made sure everything was working fine. It was a huge relief for us, as we were without a working kitchen and unable to cook for a whole week. Peter resolved the issue in just 10 minutes. Thank you so much!

Like other reviewers, I was assigned to Aqua Fresh through my home warranty company. To my surprise, they called me on the first weekday (Monday after a weekend) and said the plumber was in the area already, and could fix my problem! The guy showed up on time and fixed my drain issue within minutes. Super nice and would use them again.
