We can't describe in words how much we appreciate Octavio and his crew at Altantic OJ Plumbing. SJ Water caused a significant leak when installing their new meter. Atlantic was working in the neighborhood and immediately came to our rescue. They replaced our water line from the new meter to the house and were able to get the job to the point where we had water by the end of the first day. Octavio was kind, respectful and offered solutions that were both efficient and affordable. Without hesitation, we HIGHLY recommend Atlantic if you need their services.
Great company, absolutely positive experience! Excellent quality, all on time and nice people. Hire them for any work! The company did re-piping and some other work related to plumbing in my house. Octavio & his team were very careful and diligent. Wish you guys good clients! Update: Just now they literally saved me from a sleepless night. The pump started leaking in the evening, but Octavio and his team still came out and fixed everything within minutes. I’m so grateful — if only all teams worked this responsibly and quickly. Thank you!
On behalf of Ray & Mary Alvsrez, we'd like to say that Octavio & Jessica run a tight business. Always on time, did not leave until all was done or area well cleaned. Octavio and his crew replaced old galvanized pipes of the house with copper and also replaced drainage pipes. Best part estimate was free and final cost were reasonable.
This review is a long over due. Octavio at Atlantic Plumbing did the re-pipe on our entire house in early January. We had a leak in December which he repaired & then right after New Year's he did the re-pipe. It all could not have gone better! Jessica was our 1st contact & organized everything perfectly. Octavio showed up as promised & got it done. Him & his crew left our house in excellent condition. I was so worried there would be a mess since they had to go into the walls & ceilings, but they kept everything nice & neat. Jessica & Octavio are a dream to work with. They go above & beyond. Atlantic OJ Plumbing came highly recommended by a neighbor & I have since recommended them to multiple friends. The work they have done for these friends has gone wonderfully as well. Your search is over. Just call them & they will handle the rest.
We had water softener installed by Atlantic OJ Plumbing Inc and the whole experience was excellent. Octavio, our technician, did a fantastic job—professional, efficient, and clearly very skilled. He arrived on time, explained the process clearly, and completed the installation with great attention to detail. He also made sure we understood how to operate and maintain the system before leaving. Highly recommend this company and especially Octavio for any plumbing needs!
