I had an outstanding experience with Randy Alvarado from Bailey Plumbing. From the moment he arrived, it was clear that he is an exceptionally knowledgeable, highly skilled, and true professional. Randy conducted one of the most thorough inspections I've ever seen. He carefully examined all of the water, drain, and gas piping throughout the house, starting in the garage and then inspecting every accessible area, including every corner of the crawl space. He took detailed photos along the way and walked me through his findings, making it easy to understand the current condition of the plumbing and gas systems. What impressed me most was not only his deep technical expertise across plumbing, drainage, and gas heating systems, but also his willingness to educate me. He patiently explained even the smallest details of the piping setup, answered all of my questions, and offered practical guidance that helped me better understand my home's infrastructure. His ability to communicate complex technical information in a clear and approachable way was truly exceptional. After completing the inspection, Randy quickly prepared a comprehensive proposal and took the time to explain every aspect of the documentation in detail. There was no pressure—just honest, transparent, and professional recommendations backed by his extensive knowledge and experience. I am extremely happy and delighted with the entire experience. Randy's expertise, professionalism, attention to detail, aptitude, and positive attitude made a lasting impression. Bailey Plumbing is fortunate to have someone of his caliber on their team. I highly recommend Randy Alvarado to anyone looking for a plumbing, drain, or gas heating expert who genuinely cares about delivering exceptional service and educating his customers along the way.

I had such a good experience with Bailey Plumbing. I was honestly pretty stressed about the issue I was having..but they made the whole process feel super easy and manageable. They were understanding and didn’t make me feel dumb for asking questions, and took the time to explain what was going on.
