Bailey Plumbing did a great job replacing my old water heater. They were professional, on time, and made the whole process easy. Everything was installed quickly and works perfectly. I called Bailey Plumbing late on a Monday afternoon. They were very helpful and friendly and had someone out to my home the very next morning to help with the pipes under the kitchen sink. Matt was the technician and he was very professional and efficient and kept everything clean while doing the job and cleaned anything that needed to be cleaned up after also. Definitely recommend!
I had such a good experience with Bailey Plumbing. I was honestly pretty stressed about the issue I was having..but they made the whole process feel super easy and manageable. They were understanding and didn’t make me feel dumb for asking questions, and took the time to explain what was going on. You can tell they actually care about their customers, not just getting the job done. Everything was fixed quickly and works perfectly now!! If I have anymore issues I would use these guys again in the future.
EDIT: John Harmon from Baily Plumbing personally reached out to us and hand delivered a check to refund us our money for this experience. He apologized and said that this experience is not representative of the company. They also offered complimentary services to make up for the experience. I am updating this from 1 star to 3 stars since this is not something a lot of companies would to. Old review below. ---- I had a problem with the hot water in my shower. These guys came out fairly quick (that's about the only good thing). They took apart the shower handle and then told me that to replace the cartridge and possibly the valve they would need to tear down both walls. They quoted me 800 to over 1k for this. The "re-seated" the handle and charged me a few hundred dollars. The problem was back 2 days after. I hired another plumber that fixed the problem without tearing the walls for a fraction of the quoted price. They were also adamant about up-selling other "fixes". I would suggest to them to make sure that their fixes actually work and they charge / quote fair prices before they try to upsell more services. I do not recommend them.
