Active Plumbing did a fantastic job! They responded incredibly quickly and were able to provide me with a quote over the phone when I needed my kitchen sink and garbage disposal replaced. After they arrived, I asked if they could also install a water filter, even though it wasn't included in the original quote. They were very accommodating and happily took care of it without any hassle. Sayed Jaan, the technician, was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and meticulous. He did an outstanding job with the installation and worked diligently to ensure everything was done correctly. He carefully checked for leaks and, when he discovered a minor issue near the end of the job, he proactively replaced the valve to make sure everything was perfect. I really appreciated his attention to detail and commitment to doing the job right. The entire team worked efficiently, completed the job quickly, and cleaned up thoroughly before leaving. I highly recommend Active Plumbing to anyone looking for reliable, honest, and high-quality plumbing services!
I have a water heater leaking badly and they come with brand new unit to replace next day and offer me a deal to flush another water heater with great deal. The speed is fast and competitive price. I will definitely go to them for my plumbing jobs next time.
Majid has been a great partner in 2 water heater replacements at 2 different houses over the years. Responsive, reasonable, and transparent. Very happy with Active Plumbing and will continue to work with them for all our water and plumbing needs.
I had a toilet that needed to be fixed in its place. It was 11 pm, but still Active Plumbing send a technician named Manny, who did an excellent job late in the night and fixed the toilet in just a few minutes. He sealed it well, no leaks. Excellent service overall so late into the night. Strongly recommend Active Plumbing.
I had problem with my shower pressure for a long time. The team came and was able to identify the problem right away. Really great and awesome work to fix my shower water pressure and replace multiple shutoff valves for my home. They even went above and beyond to help me clean my showerhead. Absolutely great service and experience! Highly recommended!
