Alberto and Dean did a great installation of my new Navien tankless water heater. They are very proficient, skilled, professional, and friendly. I am very pleased with the work that was done. Highly recommend, and excellent job Barnett Plumbing! Also kudos to Giovanni who first came to see me about my inquiry into a new water heater. Answered all of my questions and he explained the differences between the standard gas water heater and a tankless one. He helped me understand the pro’s and con’s of both systems. Which then led me to my current decision of moving forward with the tankless. Thank you Alberto, Dean, and Giovanni!
Excellent service, highly recommend. Daniel was prompt, courteous, and communicated clearly. He solved our water pressure problem at no cost. He did recommend long term replacement valves but did not pressure us. Just explained the options and cost and suggested we call when we would like to have it done. Old fashioned , very satisfying service! Will definitely stick with them for all plumbing needs in the future.

We had a great experience with Barnett Plumbing and water heaters. First of all, the customer service people are kind and responsive. We were well overdue to have our water heater evaluated and flushed. Our technician was Steve C. and he did great because he took the time to educate me of what he was doing and was willing to show me exactly what he was trying to do and explain. I truly appreciated his professionalism, knowledge and patience to explain everything to me and answer all of my questions. It was a very positive experience!
Excellent service. I called in the morning and the team came out within a hour, diagnosed the issue and it was fixed a couple of hours later. Definitely recommend this company. Really happy
