Excellent service, highly recommend. Daniel was prompt, courteous, and communicated clearly. He solved our water pressure problem at no cost. He did recommend long term replacement valves but did not pressure us. Just explained the options and cost and suggested we call when we would like to have it done. Old fashioned , very satisfying service! Will definitely stick with them for all plumbing needs in the future.

Great help and friendly service for our water heater installation. They were very professional and made sure everything was done properly.
When we first called Barnett to inquire about some work we were looking to do, Giovanni came over on short notice and provided an estimate and recommendation for our situation. He recommended the MoenFlo installation and educated us on new insurance requirements that went into effect recently. He was very helpful and his estimate matched what we agreed to pay. Juan arrived the next day to do the install, he did amazing work in updating our water supply valves and installing a MoenFlo leak sensor. He was very thorough in his work and took time to carefully check that nothing was leaking, answer any questions we had and educated us on how the water sensor works. Would definitely recommend Barnett!
Daniel was super friendly, patient and answered my questions and gave examples of options I had for repairs. I did not feel like he upsold me or offered solutions that wouldn’t last. Would recommend. For install we had Jose and he was great at trouble shooting issues with install and making sure we had the proper equipment.
