We started a hectic day with both our bathroom toilets clogged and in obvious need of more than just plunging. He will very likely be the only call you need to make, and it will be an easy one. Google AI found him for me and I followed the glowing Google reviews to an easy appointment with Ron. We contacted him around noon, he responded immediately, and was at the house 5 hours later. I can confirm that Ron earned his solid 5-star ratings from everyone! He hits the desired trifecta for any home service provider: easy to book, arrives exactly when he says he would, and prices reasonably. He fixed our problem seamlessly (pipes needed snaking), provided good info and advice, and answered all our questions about other household plumbing issues. He also worked around the chaos and curveballs in our household (kids running about) so I highly recommend him for young families who have a lot going on. Ron gives the "relax I've got this" vibe of having your handy dad/uncle run over to fix a stressful house problem. He probably could have tacked on some extra fees for coming (technically) after hours and on short notice, but he prices reasonably. Highly recommend Ron! I reached out in the morning and he was at our home within hours. He has great, timely communication. We needed someone to help with our slow draining bathroom sink, and he fixed the job within an hour, in a thorough manner. The sink is draining beautifully and no more gross smell. He is super friendly and even offered some tips on what we can do to maintain the drain ourselves. The price was reasonable for the job. Will definitely hire BAP again!
I have no complaints at all. I have used him twice and both times he was able to fit me into his schedule the next day. This last time he cleared the clog within 30 minutes. Price was very reasonable considering it was an emergency and the turn around was less than 12 hours.
