I'm a realtor in Southern California, and I recently had a client close on a property in Sacramento. The property had defective Kitec plumbing which needed to be replaced as part of the contingency with this sale. I contacted Mark at Bay Area Repipe, at the recommendation of the seller's agent, who had used the firm in the past. I received a timely estimate and after calling some others who do the same work in the area, Bay Area Repipe's proposal was by far the most thorough and also represented best value for my client. Work was scheduled & completed on schedule and on budget, and my client couldn't be happier. This was not a small job and the crew completed the plumbing work in just ONE DAY, with all the sheetrock patched up over the following days. ........I just had my Mom's 3 bath 2 story home repiped in Union City. I reached out to Mark at Bay Area Repipe after seeing them do a project down the street. I received multiple quotes prior to reaching out to Mark, and his proposal was by far the most thorough... without being pushy to get me to sign on the spot. I was getting ready for a big #, but surprisingly, the estimate he gave us was significantly less than each of the others. This was a BIG quality of life upgrade for my mother. I'm really glad I chose these guys to repipe my house. My pest company told me they found water puddles under my home. I called a few different plumbers, but Jordan at Bay Area Repipe was the only one able to make it out to us that afternoon. The guy went under our house and took a bunch of pictures then came out and showed us the same rusty leaking water pipes the pest guy showed us. We decided it was probably best to replace them, and got a couple of other quotes, but these guys were definitely the best price and they were the only plumbers offering to get the whole thing done in one day. They arrived early in the morning with a bunch of drop cloths and covered darn near everything to keep my house clean. The floors, couches, tables, chairs, etc. I think they did a really good job! They finished the whole thing that same day and the inspector was out the next day to take a look, and he came out from under the house with nothing but good things to say. I figured they knew what they were doing, but I didn't think my faucets and showers would be so nice now. They have so much more pressure it's like I have new bathrooms, and the kitchen faucet finally has hot water again. If you're looking for a repipe, for sure call Bay Area Repipe for a quote. They did a great job with my pex repipe, and they were all very nice too.
