I love these guy! They really worked hard making sure everything was working correctly, class act! They installed a beautiful tankless water heater and I can’t wait to see how much water and gas I’m saving. Thanks Bayshore you did a really good job.

I was able to schedule a same day service call. Rafael arrived on time and explained my choices. He could order parts if available but that would take several days and no guarantee parts were available. Or replace the hot water heater which could be done the same day. Installers came at the appointed time, installation was quick and efficient. Everything cleaned up and I had hot water within an hour.

I had an outstanding experience with Bayshore Plumbers, and I especially want to recognize Ricky for his exceptional work. I had an issue with my water heater, and Ricky was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly thorough from start to finish. He quickly diagnosed the problem, explained everything clearly, and made sure the installation and setup were done perfectly. He was punctual, respectful of my home, and left everything spotless when the job was complete. It’s not often you come across someone who genuinely takes pride in their work, but Ricky definitely does. Thanks to him, everything is working flawlessly, and I have complete peace of mind. Omar came out to assess and provide a quote for some plumbing issues we were having at our home. The house was built in 1938…. We’d received 3 estimates for this job. Knew this would not be an easy, quick fix project. Omar came out on time, he was friendly, knowledgeable & informative. His estimate; although the highest (only by a few dollars) the detailed invoice & the step by step information provided by him, gave me peace of mind to hire Bayshore. The job was started the next day with a crew of great, friendly & efficient technicians. Throughout it, Omar called to assure me of things getting done, sent photos of damaged cast iron pipes, what they inevitably found further down other pipes needing to be done. (That expense has to be another time for us!). Omar also had the crew replace existing pipes that were not included in the estimate! Which was unexpected, thoughtful & greatly appreciated! We went with Bayshore plumbing because the extensive range of services they can do. I personally was left feeling very comfortable & confident Bayshore Plumbing was the choice to go with after Omar left. We are glad we did & will contact them in the future for any other services we need. Thank you Omar & crew of Bayshore Plumbing!

John C. came out on short notice and was absolutely amazing. He was friendly, professional, and took the time to explain everything in a way that was easy to understand. We had a clogged drain, and instead of just fixing the immediate problem, he explained what was causing the line to clog, why it happens, and walked us through all of our options. We really appreciated that he focused on helping us find the best long term solution instead of just a quick fix. Since grease buildup is just part of running our business, we know this is something we’ll have to deal with from time to time. It is reassuring to know we have someone as knowledgeable and dependable as John to call. We truly appreciate how quickly he came out and how much care he put into helping us. We will definitely be looking forward to having him back whenever we need service again. Highly recommend!
